Monika Tours & Safaris is a Tour and Travel Company Registered in Kenya. We are working under the license of the Kenya Tourist Governing Body (K.T.B), The Kenya Wildlife Services (K.W.S) and the Ministry of Tourism and information which is the local regulatory Board for Tourism based Enterprises.

Insured according to the IATA international Laws and regulations of the Kenyan Government.

We are based at the Tourist hub of Kenya, in South Coast -Diani Beach. We are situated at Diani Shopping Centre Next to Petro Petrol Station, famously known as Tropicana Our Postal address is P.O. BOX 989, Ukunda.


History

Monika Tours & Safaris was humbly established in October ,2004. The aim of this establishment was providing the ever growing number of tourists Free travel information and also assisting tourists with selecting their most convenient products from the huge menu which Kenya and East Africa Tourism industry as a whole has to offer. Over this one year of operation, we have been offering Road and Air Tours within East Africa . With greater personalized services attention to all our clients whose demand for a global interaction in a now modernized world and the introduction of e-business, has pushed us further into offering full fledged Destination Management in East Africa.

We have handled a considerable number of Tourists from across the world, over 6000 Tourists and therefore we can confidently say that we are well experienced in this field.

Director

Monika Tours & Safaris is managed by Monika Ndoli who is also the Director. The director is well informed and has thorough experience in the tourism Industry, being in this industry for long time and actively previously involved in the sales and guide for all level of Tour administration. She is some one who is trustworthy, honest, serious and always fulfilling all her promises ( Check From the references given). Being a Kenyan means alot for she will give you what she knows and has experienced not what she has read. She is capable of speaking Germany, French, English fluently ,therefore you will automatically communicate and put your heart desires straight and receive straight answers served in the best lingual clarity


Staff Members

Our members of staff are the Basis to the current success of our company up to this point. As a young company their determination has boasted the team spirit and encouraged Skills in the field to work They are also well trained and dedicated , well respectable, patient and above all knowledgeable. Our staff members include The Company Lawyer, Drivers, Tour Guides, Sales Representatives and Destination Managers. Our Staff members have the top level training which include Law, languages, firefighting, first aid, Motor Vehicle maintenance Modern Communication skills, Computers knowledge and general safety knowledge


Safety

Tourism business involves a lot of traveling and therefore safety is our first priority. All our Tour Vehicles and the Charter aircrafts are insured in accordance with the I.A.T.A (International Association of Travel Agencies) regulations. We have gone a step further in ensuring the safety of our clients by ensuring our clients a 24 Hr Surveillance by the AAR flying Doctors Services while on Safari Expedition.

All our Vehicles are fitted with a Two-Way Radio system to enable 24 Hr Contact with our Base station in case of an emergency.
